This coldstore facility is 23,000sqm and is capable of blast-freezing up to 85 tonnes of product each day. The refrigeration plant is made up of 3 Grasso Screw Compressors and a Pumped NH3 Ammonia System. This is supplemented with a Refrigeration Control System, providing fully automatic operation and accurate monitoring of entire plant.
